A request is not a reservation
Submitting a form records an enquiry. It does not guarantee availability, a specific vehicle or a price. A booking requires a separate offer and explicit confirmation.
Published fares and changes
The Pricing page gives standard route and vehicle fares. Your confirmed offer specifies the actual addresses, vehicle, extras and timing. Additional stops and extensions require agreement. Suburban pricing does not apply automatically to other vehicle classes.
Payment schedule
After the offer is accepted, a 50% deposit is required for bookings more than 72 hours ahead; the balance is due 72 hours before pickup. Within 72 hours the full fare is due. Payment is arranged separately. This website does not collect card details or automatically charge your payment method.
Your information
Provide accurate pickup, contact, timing and passenger details. Tell your coordinator about changes and request child seats or special arrangements in advance.
Ground transportation
ROYMONT does not operate aircraft or provide air transportation. Vehicle images are representative; availability, operator, capacity and equipment are confirmed separately.

Cancellation and no-show
For confirmed bookings, cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup is fully refunded. Later cancellation incurs 25% of the fare; a no-show incurs 50%. For a multi-leg booking, timing is measured from the first pickup. Contact ROYMONT with your booking reference to request a change or cancellation.
Waiting and optional services
Airport and cruise pickups include 60 minutes; other pickups include 15 minutes. Airport waiting begins at landing. Additional waiting uses the applicable hourly rate. Child seats are $49 each for the first two, $99 thereafter, plus 50% of the seat charge per added leg. Baggage-claim meet and greet is $199 per booking. These arrangements require confirmation.
Vehicle care
Smoking and vaping are prohibited and incur a $500 detailing charge. Professional cleaning required because of spills, stains or odour is $200. Ordinary use does not incur a cleaning charge.
