Send your airline, flight number, landing date and mobile number. Tell us the number of travellers, suitcases, strollers and any oversized items. An arrival transfer and a departure transfer need separate pickup times.

Miami International · MIA
For an arrival, include the airline and flight number rather than a gate alone. After collecting your bags, follow the meeting instructions provided for your confirmed pickup. Let your chauffeur know when your entire group is ready.
Fort Lauderdale · FLL
Identify your flight and terminal in the request. Keep your phone available after landing, and use the pickup location agreed with your chauffeur. A terminal change should be communicated before you walk to the curb.
Palm Beach International · PBI
Plan your onward journey to Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach or Boca Raton. If your destination is farther south, compare the published PBI route with your itinerary before submitting.
Included waiting time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes after landing; cruise pickups include 60 minutes, and other pickups include 15 minutes. If you need more time, contact your coordinator. Extra waiting is charged at the applicable hourly rate and agreed before extending.
Curbside or an indoor welcome
Curbside collection is standard. Request a baggage-claim welcome with a name sign for $199 per booking. Share the passenger name to display and a reachable phone number. The meeting arrangement is confirmed with your offer.
Departing South Florida
For airport drop-offs, provide the flight departure time and terminal as well as the pickup address. Choose a pickup time that allows for traffic, airline check-in and security; your airline’s check-in deadline still applies.
The route table is per vehicle for a one-way Suburban trip. Exact address, availability, additional stops and requested upgrades are reviewed before confirmation.
