BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Answers for your journey.

How do I reserve a journey?

Choose a published route or describe your itinerary in Book a Ride. ROYMONT reviews the date, vehicle and requirements, then provides an offer. Submitting the form alone does not confirm a reservation.

Are fares per passenger?

The published transfer amount covers the vehicle for one journey. SUV fares apply to a Suburban for up to six passengers; capacity and baggage must fit the confirmed vehicle. Sprinter package totals cover the listed legs for the group.

What does the fare cover?

Vehicle and chauffeur, fuel, tolls and standard airport or port fees are included in published transfer fares. Airport flight coordination and the stated waiting allowance are included. Gratuity is optional.

How much waiting time is included?

Airport and cruise pickups include 60 minutes; other pickups include 15 minutes. Airport time begins at landing. Extra waiting is charged at the applicable hourly rate; discuss an extension with your coordinator.

Can I request child seats?

Yes. The first two seats cost $49 each and subsequent seats cost $99 each. Each additional journey leg adds 50% of the seat charge. Provide the number of children, age, approximate weight and required seat type for confirmation.

Can someone meet me inside the airport?

Request the $199 baggage-claim welcome with a name sign. It is charged once per booking and requires an airport pickup with flight details. Standard pickup is curbside.

Can I choose an Escalade or S-Class?

An Escalade request is approximately 40% above the corresponding Suburban fare; the exact upgrade is confirmed in the offer. S-Class pricing is by request. Do not apply a Suburban fare to another class without confirmation.

What if we need a Sprinter?

The Sprinter fare list covers ten one-way routes and six PortMiami packages. Up to 13 passengers can be requested, with seating and baggage reviewed before confirmation. Other routes and hourly Sprinter service require a quote.

Can I book a return or several transfers?

Yes. Include a date, time and address for every leg. Cruise packages and listed same-day long-distance returns have their own totals; other return journeys are quoted for the complete itinerary.

How is hourly service charged?

SUV service is $129 per hour for at least three hours. Six hours or longer receives 20% off the base total, rounded to the nearest $5: six hours is $620, seven is $720 and eight is $825.

When is payment due?

After availability and the offer are agreed, bookings more than 72 hours ahead require 50%, with the balance due 72 hours before pickup. Closer bookings require full payment. This website does not take a card payment or automatically charge a balance.

What are the cancellation charges?

Confirmed bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Within 24 hours the cancellation charge is 25% of the fare; a no-show is 50%. Send cancellation requests with your booking reference.

Is there a cleaning charge?

Professional cleaning caused by spills, stains or odour is $200. Smoking or vaping incurs a $500 detailing charge. Ordinary use does not incur a cleaning fee.

How should I report a delay?

Contact ROYMONT with your reference, flight or ship details and revised timing. Keep your mobile available. A new pickup arrangement is coordinated with the driver rather than assumed from the original request.

Can an assistant book for someone else?

Yes. Enter the arranging contact and passenger details, and state who should receive journey communications. Include a reachable passenger mobile number in the itinerary notes.

Is my request immediately confirmed?

No. The form records a journey enquiry and returns a reference. Vehicle availability, the exact fare and booking confirmation are separate steps. Call ROYMONT for time-sensitive requests.
