When you submit a journey request, we store the contact details, route, date, time, passenger and luggage counts, flight details and preferences you provide. Contact enquiries store your name, email and message.

Why we use it
We use this information to review availability, prepare an offer, communicate about your enquiry and coordinate a confirmed journey. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and coordination
Requests are stored in the site’s supported database. The hosting provider processes data to operate the site. Where needed to fulfil a confirmed journey, relevant details may be shared with the assigned chauffeur or service provider.
Payment and sensitive information
This website does not collect card numbers or CVV. Please do not include payment details, passport information or other sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to handle the enquiry, provide the service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion, including your request reference. Identity verification may be required.
Website operation
The site uses hosting infrastructure necessary to deliver its pages and process requests. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Externally hosted fonts may send standard connection information to the font provider.
Confirmation
A saved request is not a confirmed booking. Booking and pricing are agreed separately. Automatic email confirmation is not currently enabled.
